Fang 4 Creations provides creative services including photography, videography, product content, and related digital media offerings. Services may be offered directly or through third-party collaborators.

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@fang4creatioins.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

By using this Site, you consent to receive communications electronically, including emails and notifications, which satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.

All content on this Site—including images, text, and software—is owned by Fang 4 Creations or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reuse, resell, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

You retain ownership of materials you submit to us ("Client Materials"), but grant us a non-exclusive license to use them as needed to fulfill services or improve our offerings. You are responsible for ensuring all submitted materials are legal and authorized for our use.

• Orders under $1,000 may be refunded within 10 days of file delivery. One refund per client.

• You must not use delivered files if requesting a refund.

• Shoots can be rescheduled up to 2 business days in advance; fees may apply.

• Subscription services may auto-renew; you may cancel via your account settings.

• Do not ship prohibited items (e.g., controlled substances, hazardous goods).

• Lost or damaged products during shipping are your responsibility; insure accordingly.

• Products left unclaimed 30 days after shoot or delivery notice may be discarded or donated.

• Additional handling/storage fees may apply for oversized or complex products.

Our creative process is artistic by nature. We do not guarantee exact visual replication. You are responsible for approving final content. Fang 4 Creations is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Our Site may link to or integrate third-party tools. We are not responsible for third-party content or services and your use of them is at your own risk.

You may not:

• Use the Site unlawfully.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with Site software.

• Transmit harmful code or spam.

• Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fang 4 Creations and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these terms.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class actions are not permitted.

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN.
